ANNUAL MEETING AND PROXY INFORMATION

The 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. will take place on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. PDT at 79 Great Oaks Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95119. Information about the meeting and the various matters on which the stockholders will vote are included in the Notice of Meeting, which was mailed to stockholders.
